Do you offer individual leases and co-living?
Yes! We do offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces).
Do you offer double occupancy?
We do not offer double occupancy. For your convenience, all bedrooms are private.
Do you offer Roommate Matching?
Yes, we offer this service to help you find a great fit for your apartment.
What is a guarantor and do I have to have one?
A guarantor signs the lease and is financially responsible if for some reason you cannot satisfy your financial obligation. We do not require a guarantor. *Applicants do need to meet our qualification standards.
Are the apartments furnished?
Apartments are furnished with full-size bed, desk & chair in bedrooms. Living room furniture includes a sofa and coffee table, and the kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove-top (no oven), microwave, and dishwasher in the kitchen. Experience all of these amenities in our amazing floor plan options.
What are the hours for the fitness center?
The fitness center is available 24/7 — head on over for a workout anytime that's convenient.
Are BBQs available? Where are they located?
Yes! We have grills available near the pool and picnic areas for residents to use and enjoy. These are just some of the amazing amenities Bayview has to offer.
Do you allow pets? What is the pet policy?
Possession of pets, other than fish in a maximum tank size of ten gallons is prohibited. Feeding stray or wild animals in the housing area and its surroundings is prohibited.
Is there shuttle service to campus?
There is a shuttle service between BBC and MMC campuses.
What is the parking situation?
All vehicles parking on campus must have an FIU decal. Visitors who do not have a decal, may park and pay for a metered parking space.
What schools are associated with/near the property?
We are in a great location if you are attending Florida International University - Biscayne Bay Campus (FIU-BBC)
Is the property within walking distance of campus/how far away is it?
We are actually on campus, and it's just a five-minute walk to classroom buildings.
Are washers/dryers available? Are they in the apartment?
Apartments do not have individual washers/dryers, but we do have laundry facilities available for resident use.
What kind of kitchen appliances are in the apartment?
Each apartment includes energy-efficient appliances and includes a refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, and microwave.
Do apartments have air conditioning?
Yes! For your comfort year-round, our apartments have central heating and air conditioning.
