|Recommended: YesBayview Housing — I moved in for the Fall 2022 semester and so far it is a pretty good place to live. I would highly recommend to get the bay view rather than the campus view. It looks so beautiful

|Recommended: YesLife at Bayview — When I got into the building , the staff was very welcoming. The building is very clean. I exactly found what I was looking for. The room is so pretty, clean, well fixed without any cracks. The space is wonderful.
The kitchen is well organized and large enough for everyone leaving in that particular floor. The bathroom is nice. Also there’s a gym, and it is free for all FIU students. OMG, I really love this place. The beach is WOW. Overall everything in my floor according to my perspective is well organized, clean, and worth more than the price. I would definitely recommend my friends and siblings to live here.
